Mihon
Not actually available yet. But it's supposed to be a spiritual successor to Tachiyomi.

Kotatsu
Basically the only somewhat mature Tachiyomi alternative that's not derived from Tachiyomi in some way. I personally like it a lot.

Mangayomi:
Not a fork but has support for anime and manga. Built with flutter, so it's pretty cross-platform and it's pretty good. Try it.
